• first, a comprehensive diagnosis is carried out: computer tomography of the jaws, scanning of the oral cavity with an intraoral scanner, all necessary tests and examinations;
• at the stage of preparation and planning of implantation, the oral cavity is improved (elimination of caries, treatment of problem teeth);
• Implantation planning is carried out by several specialists – a surgeon, an orthopedist and a dental technician. They carefully study the diagnostic data, 3D impression of the teeth and the results of the examination. Doctors plan treatment and predict the final result in special programs, thanks to which it can be seen even before the start of treatment;
• using all the diagnostics, we make a special surgical template, which is a plastic cap with holes for implants and is created by the doctor in a special application according to the patient’s individual parameters. Holes (tunnels) set the implant placement vector with maximum accuracy;
• the operation itself takes place in comfortable conditions for the patient and is painless due to effective anesthesia. Also, implantation can be carried out under nitrous oxide or under intravenous sedation;
• the period of engraftment of implants in the lower jaw is 2-4 months, in the upper jaw – up to 6 months (these indicators are individual, because they are determined by the structure of the bone tissue);
• after engraftment, a gum shaper (special cap) is installed on the implant, which forms the gum so that it beautifully fits the crown of the future tooth. After 2 weeks, the orthopedist installs a special stand (abutment), on which the crown is fixed.
